Subtracting with Regrouping Using Number Bonds

Today in class we talked about how we can subtract a 2 digit number from a 1 digit number when we need to regroup using number bonds. If I need to regroup I know I need to break apart my first digit and take out a ten! (Think of it the way we used to do it- go next door and “borrow” a ten and carry it over to the ones? Same concept- we are just showing it with bonds!) Confused? Josh will help you out!

And by the way- this will be a good video to watch while doing homework today and Monday!
